Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once the parcel leaves our facility.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, orders arrive in 6 to 12 working days, tracked door to door.
These are working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs checks can occasionally add a few days on international orders, which is outside our control.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide to most countries, including:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
If your country is not listed, email us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver to you.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order. Our 2 and 3 unit bundles include free priority shipping.
Shipping protection
You can add Checkout+ shipping protection for $4 at checkout. It covers your order against loss, theft or damage in transit — if your parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund them.
Wrong address or missing parcel
If you entered the wrong address, email us straight away — we can usually correct it before the parcel ships. Once it has shipped we cannot redirect it.
If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, check with neighbours and your local depot first, then email us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
