Coal Tar Psoriasis Repair Cream - Oran Skin | 200ml
Honestly, I lost all hope. But this actually worked.
What is it?
Our Repair Cream is a non-steroidal 5% coal tar formula that softens scale so it lifts away instead of building, and settles the itch that comes with it. Gentle enough to use for as long as you need it.
Powerful support where you need it
- Softens thick scale so it lifts away instead of building back up
- Settles the itch, usually within the first week
- Non-steroidal, so it can be used for as long as you need it
- Clean, naturally-focused formula
How does it work?
Skin affected by psoriasis renews itself far faster than it should. New cells arrive before they are ready, cannot shed properly, and stack up as the thick scale you can see and feel.
Coal tar works on that process rather than just softening what has already formed. It helps slow the buildup, and lets existing scale lift away instead of thickening.
It also doesn't behave like a steroid. It isn't holding the redness down and waiting for it to come back, which is why it can be used for as long as you need it.

How many uses are in one jar?
One 200ml jar covers roughly four to six weeks of daily use, depending on how much skin you are treating.
A thin layer is all you need. Most people use less than they expect, and a jar goes further once the scale starts coming down.
If you are treating larger areas like both legs or both arms, plan on closer to four weeks.
60 Day Money Back Guarantee
Use it properly for 60 days. If your skin is no better, email us at support@oranskin.com and we'll refund you in full.
Keep the jar. Nothing to send back, no form to fill in, no explanation needed.
Full terms are on our Refund Policy page.

The real reason nothing has worked so far.
Healthy skin replaces itself over about a month. Inside a psoriasis patch, it does it in three to five days. Cells arrive before they are finished, cannot shed the way they should, and stack up as thick scale. The redness, the itch and the flaking all come from one thing happening far too fast.
Almost everything sold for this treats what is already on the surface. Steroids hold the redness down. Scrubs and acids lift the scale off. Neither one changes the speed underneath, which is why it builds straight back the moment you stop.
Coal tar is one of the few ingredients that works on the process itself. It slows the buildup and softens the scale so it comes away instead of thickening. And because it is not a steroid, you are not trading relief now for thinner skin later.
You were never failing your treatment. Your treatment was never treating the cause.

Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask us before their first order.
What exactly does it do?
It's a non-steroidal coal tar cream for thick, flaky, itchy patches. Coal tar works on the process that produces the scale rather than just softening what's already there, so buildup slows and existing scale lifts away instead of thickening.
Most people notice the itch settle before they see anything change.
What is in it?
Coal tar as the active, in a moisturising base. No steroids, parabens, sulfates or synthetic fragrance. The full ingredient list is on each product page.
I have tried everything and nothing worked. Why would this be different?
Most of what you've tried treats what's on the surface. Steroids hold the redness down. Scrubs and acids lift the scale off. Neither one changes what's producing it, which is why it returns as soon as you stop.
Coal tar works on that process instead, and because it isn't a steroid you're not buying relief now at the cost of thinner skin later.
And if it still doesn't work for you, you have 60 days to tell us and get your money back.
How soon will I notice a difference?
The itch usually settles first, often within the first week. Visible change in the scale takes longer, normally two to four weeks. Thicker areas like knees and elbows are always slowest.
One thing worth knowing: flaking often increases for the first day or two. That's loosened scale coming away, not the cream making things worse.
My skin is really sensitive. Will this sting?
Some people feel a brief sting or warmth for the first 20 to 30 seconds after applying, especially on cracked or raw skin. It settles quickly and usually stops happening as the skin improves.
Don't apply it to open, bleeding or weeping skin. Wait until it's closed over. If you're nervous, patch test a small area for 24 hours first.
How long does one jar last?
Four to six weeks of daily use, depending on how much skin you're treating. A thin layer is all you need, and most people use less than they expect. If you're covering larger areas like both legs, plan on closer to four weeks.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email us at support@oranskin.com within 60 days and we'll refund you in full. Keep the jar. Nothing to send back, no form to fill in.
We'd rather refund you than have you keep using something that isn't helping.
When will it arrive?
Add the answer.
Does it smell?
Yes. Coal tar smells like coal tar and we're not going to pretend otherwise.
It fades once it's absorbed or rinsed, and a moisturiser covers most of what's left. Applying at night handles the rest. Every long-term tar user makes the same trade, and most tell us it's worth it.
Does it Stain?
It can. Sheets, towels and light-coloured clothing. Use darker or older fabric while you're treating, and apply at night so it has time to absorb before bed.
Do I need to stay out of the sun?
Coal tar makes skin more sensitive to sunlight. Keep treated areas covered or out of direct sun. Don't use it alongside UV or light therapy unless your doctor has told you to.
Can I use it with what my doctor gave me?
Yes. It isn't a steroid and doesn't replace anything you've been prescribed. However we do recommend to stop a prescription in order to try this. Tell your doctor you're using it.
